Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment for chronic liver diseases by WLGY-801 computer liver disease theraputic apparatus. Methods Total of 120 cases with chronic liver diseases were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 60 cases were only treated with conventional drug, while the observation group (60 cases) were treated wtih the conventional drug and were assisted with the liver disease therapy instrument at the same time. The efficacy of both groups after 28 days were compared. Results The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), serum total bilirubin (TBil) and albumin (ALB) of patients in the treatment group improved significantly than the control group, and the cases with fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension symptoms were significantly more than those in the observation group. Conclusions WLGY-801 computer liver diseases therapy instrument can accelerate the blood flow in the liver, improve the liver microcirculation and the growth of liver cells, also with the reduction of jaundice and enzyme, which may be safe and effective as an assisted therapy to chronic liver disease.
