Abstract: Portal vein tumor thrombus is one of the important factors that affect the prognosis of patients with primary liver carcinoma. This paper reviews the pathogenesis of primary hepatic carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical diagnosis and comprehensive treatment progress, so as to provide effective reference for clinical treatment.
