Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of three quality control on the early ambulation of postoperative patients with liver cancer. Methods Toatal of 124 cases with liver cancer were divided into two groups according to the implementation time. The intervention group were given three quality control model of care for early ambulation intervention and the control group were given conventional guidance. Flatus and pulling bowel sounds recovery time were observed. Results The flatus and bowel sounds recovery time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P = 0.0001). Conclusions The implementation of three quality control activities for the early ambulation of patients with liver cancer is safe and efficient and can contribute to physical recovery after operation.
