Abstract: To analyze the cesarean operation nursing of 36 cases of acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP),
including: preoperative eliminate hidden dangers, completing testing and inspection, improving the function
of blood coagulation, observing vital signs, consciousness changes, and bleeding during operation to prevent
postoperative infection and complications. All 36 cases turned well and discharged.
