摘要:高迁移率族蛋白-1(high mobility group protein box 1,HMGB1)是一个广泛存在于各种真核
细胞的核非组蛋白,其结合在染色体上,可保证染色体结构的稳定。HMGB1也可因细胞炎症或坏死
释放到细胞外,此时其可介导激活自身免疫应答(包括炎症趋化和细胞因子的释放)。近年来关于
HMGB1在药物性肝损伤致病机制和临床价值方面的作用也越来越引起重视。本文就HMGB1在药物性
肝损伤中的作用机制以及在动物模型和临床研究中的进展进行综述。

Abstract: High mobility group protein box 1 (HMGB1) is a ubiquitous nuclear non-histone protein binding on
the chromosome to ensure the stability of its structure in almost all eukaryotic cells. However, HMGB1 can be
extracellularly released because of cell inflammation or necrosis, where it mediates activation of innate immune
responses, including chemotaxis and cytokine release. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the
role of HMGB1 in the mechanism and clinical value of drug-induced liver injury. This article reviews the mechanism
of HMGB1 in the drug induced liver injury, as well as some progress in animal models and clinical studies.
