摘要：本文报告1例肝硬化患者，通过询问病史、体格检查、血清学检测和肝组织病理学检查排除已 知原因的肝硬化，确定为药物性肝硬化（槟榔为致病原）。提示在肝硬化病因诊断中应注意寻找致病 原因，关注少见病因，祛除致病原因，才能有效控制肝硬化进展。

Abstract: This paper reported one case of liver cirrhosis who was identified as drug-induced cirrhosis (betel nut as pathogen) through medical history, physical examination, serological detection, liver histopathological examination to rule out the known causes. It was suggested that more attention should be paid to the rare cause in diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, and eliminating the causes can effectively control the progress of liver cirrhosis.
