摘要：本文报道1例因贫血发现为特发性门静脉高压并随访4年的患者，与其他特发性门静脉高压患者 不同，该患者为小肠毛细血管扩张导致出血。通过对本病例的报道和相关文献的复习，以期对这一相 对少见疾病有更深入的认识。

Abstract: A case of idiopathic portal hypertension complicated with anemia was reported and followed up for 4 years. Unlike other patients with idiopathic portal hypertension, the reason for bleeding of this patient was small intestinal capillary dilatation. Through the report of this case and the review of relevant literature, we hope to have a deeper understanding of this relatively rare disease.
