摘要：慢加急性肝衰竭（acute-on-chronic liver failure，ACLF）是一种以慢性肝病病理损伤为基础， 以不同程度肝细胞坏死性病变为特征的病理过程，其具体发生机制尚未完全明确，但各种免疫细胞在 其中发挥重要作用已有共识。本文通过阐述临床和动物研究中多种免疫细胞在ACLF发生发展中的变 化，了解ACLF免疫学发病机制，以期为临床治疗ACLF提供科学依据。

Abstract: Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a pathological process characterized by liver cell necrotizing lesions of varying degrees based on the pathological injury of chronic liver disease. Although the specific mechanism is not completely clear, there is a consensus that various immune cells play important roles. In this paper, the changes of various immune cells in the development of ACLF in clinical and animal studies were expounded to understand the pathogenesis of ACLF immunology, so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of ACLF.
