摘要：戊型肝炎是由戊型肝炎病毒（hepatitis E virus，HEV）感染引起的一种人畜共患 疾病，主要经粪-口途径传播。戊型肝炎在世界各地均有发生，且在孕妇中病死率高， 妊娠期预后差，是各国面临的公共卫生问题。本文针对戊型肝炎的诊断、治疗及预防 进行综述。

Abstract: Hepatitis E is a zoonotic disease caused by hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection, and mainly transmitted by fecal-oral route. It occurs all over the world and has a high fatality rate and poor prognosis in pregnant women. It is a public health problem faced by all countries. This study reviewed the progress of HEV research in terms of diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
