摘要：近年来，肝癌的系统性药物治疗方案已经由原来的单药靶向发展到靶向联合免
疫治疗或双免疫治疗，患者的客观缓解率（overall response rate，ORR）及生存率均较
前显著提升。本文报道1例肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）伴门静脉癌栓患
者行放射治疗联合靶向免疫药物治疗获得完全缓解（complete response，CR）的病例，
希望能为HCC的综合治疗研究提供经验和思路。

Abstract: In recent years, the available systemic drug treatments for liver cancer have
progressed from single-drug targeted therapy to immune combined with targeted therapy or
dual immunotherapy. Relevant clinical trial data have consistently demonstrated significant
improvements in patients’ objective response rate (ORR) and survival rate compared with previous
treatments. This case report presented the successful complete response (CR) of an advanced
patient with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and portal vein tumor thrombosis who underwent
radiotherapy combined with target-immune drug therapy. We intend to share the experiences and
ideas gained from this comprehensive treatment approach for HCC research.
