Abstract: Objective To study the health education of outpatients, to explore the effective method to improve the effect of health education of patients, to understand the demand of health education for patients with CHC and influence factors of the patients in the process of medical knowledge of disease prevention, improve bad living habits, improve self-care ability, promote the physical health level. Methods According to the objective demand for health education knowledge questionnaire, we conducted health education of 238 patients with CHC by demand questionnaire survey. We analyze the results of the survey. Results Outpatient health education is an inevitable trend in the development of nursing work, is a kind of treatment means. Through health education, outpatients master for the treatment of diseases, prevention, rehabilitation, knowledge, etc. Influence and change of the patient’s health behavior, make patients get the best quality of life, also promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the nursing job satisfaction, reflected the nurse self-worth. Conclusions Symptoms associated with CHC patients, the respect such as infection, treatment understand clearer, but there are also many problems such as route of transmission, the movement way, review, and prognosis of understanding to strengthen, the nurse in the future work also should strengthen the propaganda and education.
