Abstract: Objective To discuss the prevention and nursing of complications on 73 patients with liver failure. Methods On the basis of elementary and support treatment, with the help of doctor, we take steps to prevent and nurse possible complications in the 73 liver failure patients. At the same time, we give guidance of health education for patients’ psychological change. Results There were 52 cases (71.23%) survived, 21 cases (28.77%) died. Conclusions With the help of doctor, we have made early prevention and intervention on complications of liver failure in 73cases, attached importance to the psychological change of patients and their relatives. We have helped patients to restore confidence, reduce complications and reduce mortality.
