Abstract: Objective To investigate the methods and effects of clinical nursing in patients with alcoholic liver failure. Methods Total
of 65 cases of alcoholic liver failure in Beijing Ditan Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2014 to January 2005 were
selected and the clinical effects of nursing were observed. Results Of the 65 patients, 21 cases were improved, 12 cases were invalid, 2
cases were automatic discharged and 30 cases died. Conclusions According to the characteristics of short duration, poor prognosis and
difficult nursing care, nurses should communicate with doctors actively to evaluate the patients’ condition and psychological changes, in
order to make the treatment plan accurately and effectively, and strengthen the safety nursing and hospice care.
