Abstract: Unification of detection methods and diagnostic criteria of occult hepatitis B virus infection (OBI)
have become an important research issue. Further research on its molecular mechanism and the frequency of
occurrence of different molecular patterns were needed in order to lay the foundation for further clarification
in clinical and public health. The detection of OBI has a positive practical significance and far-reaching clinical
significance.
