摘要：丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）非结构蛋白NS5A结合蛋白37（NS5ABP37）属于纤维连接蛋白
（fibronectin，FN）Ⅲ型结构域包含蛋白3家族的一员，是一种细胞外糖蛋白，对肿瘤的发生、发展
和脂肪细胞的分化等均有重要的作用。本文对NS5ABP37的相关研究进行综述，以便进一步探究其在
疾病发生中的作用机制及功能。

Abstract: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) non structural protein NS5A binding protein 37 (NS5ABP37), which belongs
to the fibronectin (FN) Ⅲ domain contains protein 3 family, is a kind of extracellular glycoprotein. NS5ABP37
plays an important role in the development of tumor, adipocyte differentiation, etc. This paper summarized the
research progress of NS5ABP37 in order to further explore its function and its role in the diseases.
